Edgebands

Edgebands are one of the most important components for the furniture industry, not only because the decorative finish, but also for its technical features, as it protect boards from the impact and the humidity. Nowadays, edgebands have acquired the status of a technical and decorative high value-added component in the most diverse types of furniture and interior decoration. PROADEC offers different types of edgebands, classified according to their material and the function for what they have been designed. The most relevant are the thermoplastic PVC and ABS edgebands. 

PROADEC edgebands are produced from plastic materials and developed to meet the specific requirements of each application. The existing product range has been developed to complement the wide range of panels available in the market. All PROADEC printed edgings are produced using an environment-friendly, VOC free, UV paint technology with excellent UV and scratch resistance. All PROADEC edgings are produced free of plasticisers and lead. All raw materials used in our production process are of controlled origins and of certified quality being extensively controlled by specific testing procedures, based on the REACH program and according to our own internal strict specifications and are 100% recyclable.
